All About Change is committed to making mental health services accessible to all members of our community. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program adjusts the cost of services based on your household income and family size, so you only pay what you can afford.

We participate in a federally recognized sliding fee scale model, which means your fees are calculated using a transparent, income-based formula. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

To apply, simply complete the application below and provide documentation of your household income. Our team will review your application and contact you within 2–3 business days.
